The Nurse Navigator, Advanced Lung Center is responsible for the coordination of testing and evaluation of all patients that present to the ALC for potential lung cancer screening and performance of the shared decision-making visit. This includes but is not limited to the performance of tobaccos cessation, lung cancer screening education, and coordination of follow up care. Works collaboratively with the Advanced Practice Provider (APP) assigned to the ALC to schedule and complete necessary follow-up on all completed testing.
