Job Summary:

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement, assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, and establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers. You will also provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.

Requirements:

Must have current Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration with the State of California, cleared TB results, and completed CPR/BLS Certification
Experience in providing care to seniors or individuals with disabilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, and lifting
