Caregivers Needed – Washington State Certified (CNA, HCA, or NAR)

SYNERGY HomeCare of Vancouver is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers who hold a valid Washington State CNA, HCA, or NAR certification. We are hiring for full-time and part-time positions with daytime and weekend availability. Multiple shift options are available, including 12-hour, 8-hour, 4-hour, and 1-hour shifts. One-hour shifts offer a higher hourly rate.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing companionship and social engagement

  • Assisting with personal care as needed

  • Light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders and transportation to appointments/errands

  • Maintaining professional communication with clients, families, and team members

  • Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

We offer:

  • Competitive pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour (based on level of care)

  • Mileage reimbursement ($.70 per mile)

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience

    • Valid Washington State CNA, HCA, or NAR license

      • NARs must be enrolled in CNA or HCA coursework

    • CPR/First Aid and Food Handler Card (obtainable within 30 days of hire)

    • Driver’s license and auto insurance
