Job Summary:

At SYNERGY HomeCare, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate afternoon/night-shift caregivers to join our team. As an afternoon/night-shift caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients, while also enjoying a competitive hourly rate and a flexible part-time schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including ADLs, companionship and social engagement

  • Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

  • Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

  • Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in caregiving or a related field

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 - $20.00
