What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes

  • Supervise and support nursing assistants as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Ohio LPN or RN license (or compact license including Ohio)

  • Reliable transportation

  • Previous long-term care experience preferred

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

  • Excellent clinical assessment and documentation abilities

  • Ability to meet health requirements, including TB testing
