Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

  • Monitor residents' health status and vital signs, reporting any changes to the attending physician.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

  • Assist in the admission and discharge processes, ensuring smooth transitions for residents.

  • Document all care provided accurately and timely in residents' medical records.

  • Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.

  • Adhere to all regulatory standards and facility policies to maintain quality care.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in the state of Ohio.

  • Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a long-term care or similar setting.

  • Excellent clinical skills with a focus on compassionate and patient-centered care.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
