Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized plan of care
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Complete resident assessments and ensure thorough documentation
Monitor residents and notify physicians of any changes in condition
Supervise and support nursing assistants and other staff
Ensure residents receive high-quality care in a safe, respectful environment

Qualifications

Nursing degree from an accredited program or college/university
Current, active, and unencumbered Ohio LPN license
Current CPR certification
