About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct nursing care as prescribed by the resident's care plan

  • Administer medications and treatments accurately

  • Supervise CNAs and ensure quality care delivery

  • Document and report resident changes and progress

  • Support residents' emotional and physical well-being

Qualifications:

  • Valid LPN license in the state of Indiana

  • Long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
