Position Overview

As a Night Shift Nurse (LPN or RN), you will play a vital role in providing direct resident care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment, and maintaining high clinical standards during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
  • Administer medications, perform treatments, and complete documentation
  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and leadership
  • Supervise and support Nursing Assistants in daily care activities
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care and outcomes

Schedule

  • Full-Time night shift
  • 12-hour shifts: 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
