Pay Rate: Up to $24/hour PLUS Shift Diffs- Eve $4.00, Nights $2.00 and Weekend $3.00

Shift: Full Time - 6a-2p/6a-6p and 10p-6a/6p-6a or PRN all shifts

What You’ll Do

Provide hands-on care with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Assist residents with meals, mobility, and emotional support.
Monitor and report changes in resident conditions.
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
Partner with the Charge Nurse and care team to deliver person-centered care.
Support residents with dementia, wounds, and other specialized needs.

What We’re Looking For

Active Iowa CNA certification (required).
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Team-oriented, dependable, and compassionate.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work rotating weekends as part of your full-time schedule.

4NW is a 31 bed mixed acuity care unit that specializes in the care of orthopedic and neurological patients. Our Orthopedic patients include joint replacements, traumatic fractures and injuries to the extremities, and back pain. 4NW also cares for a variety of both medical and surgical neurological patients including stroke, movement disorders, traumatic brain/spinal injuries, and mixed neurosurgical patients. All nursing staff are NIHSS stroke certified and all caregivers receive specialized training to promote safe and early mobilization of post-surgical joint patients. We are very proud to represent two Centers of Excellence recognized by the Joint Commission. The Joint Replacement Center of Excellence for both Hip and Knee focuses on creating the best and safest patient experience for our joint replacement patients.
