We are seeking a dedicated (CMA/LPN) HR/Staffing Coordinator to join our Long Term Care team.
Your role will involve:
Managing all aspects of staffing, from recruiting new hires to maintaining staff records.
Develop staffing strategies, sourcing and hiring candidates, maintaining relationships with our pool of staff, and ensuring all staffing needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Our ideal candidate is someone with excellent communication skills, an understanding of HR procedures, and a knack for problem-solving.
Ultimately, the role of the Staffing Coordinator is to ensure our company is staffed with qualified, competent individuals to help us achieve our business goals.
Additional Duties:
Working the floor if and when we are short staffed
Communicate with payroll regarding time and pay discrepancies
Be on the on-call rotation
Ensure employees are clocking in/out
As well as ensuring they've been put into ADP and have their badge number
Run daily clock in reports to ensure schedule staff are in the building
