Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Assisted Living

Schedule: Flexible Day and Evening Hours

 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our assisted living team on a part-time basis. This position offers flexible scheduling with available day and evening shifts. The LPN plays an important role in supporting resident health, coordinating care, and promoting a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for our residents.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and health monitoring for assisted living residents
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and state regulations
• Monitor resident health status and promptly report any changes to appropriate providers and leadership
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in resident records
• Collaborate with caregivers, medication technicians, and other staff to ensure high-quality resident care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the care team
• Participate in care planning and resident assessments as needed
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies and regulatory requirements

 

Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or geriatric care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team
• Compassionate approach to resident-centered care
