Position: Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN)
Location: Mineral Springs, North Conway, NH

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for RNs, $4,000 for LPNs

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled nursing professional to lead and inspire on weekends as a Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN) at Mineral Springs. This leadership role is perfect for a strong clinician with a commitment to excellence in patient care and team support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise nursing staff and coordinate resident care throughout the weekend

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices

  • Monitor resident care plans, addressing any changes in condition or needs

  • Foster a collaborative, supportive work environment for staff

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

  • Current RN or LPN license in New Hampshire

  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
