·        As an LPN Charge Nurse, you will be held to a higher standard. You will be responsible for assuring that all  CNA and CMA duties have been completed, properly and timely, and that you have completed your duties, including proper documentation. We are a team-driven facility, so you will be asked to step in and help out, wherever needed, and the rest of your team will be asked to do the same for you!
