Position Overview

We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Pawling team. Whether you’re just starting your career or an experienced professional, you’ll play a key role in supporting our residents’ daily needs and assisting the nursing team in maintaining high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents as directed by nursing staff
Assist residents with bathing, hygiene, dressing, and other ADLs (activities of daily living)
Serve meals, feed residents when needed, and monitor food and fluid intake
Observe and report any changes in residents’ condition to the nurse
Transport residents safely within the facility
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

Requirements

Successful completion of a CNA program
Current State CNA Certification in good standing
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Must meet Department of Health requirements
