Full-Time & Part-Time Positions

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
    $0.75/hour shift differential

  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.
    $1.00/hour shift differential

Position Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct resident care and assistance with activities of daily living, ensuring the health, comfort, safety, and dignity of every resident.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with meals, feeding, hydration, and nourishment

  • Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene

  • Assist with ambulation, transfers, turning, and positioning

  • Measure and record vital signs, weights, intake, and output

  • Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests

  • Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

  • Maintain accurate documentation in charts, logs, and reports

  • Protect resident privacy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA

  • Follow all company policies and federal, state, and local regulations

  • Participate in education and training opportunities

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Current Illinois CNA certification in good standing

  • Long-term care experience preferred

  • Current CPR certification

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and sit regularly

  • Lift and/or move up to 100 pounds

  • Adequate vision and hearing for written and verbal communication
