Schedule & Availability

  • Flexible shifts ranging from 2 to 12 hours

What You’ll Be Responsible For

(including, but not limited to):

  • Providing compassionate, hands-on personal care and support to clients.

  • Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment through light housekeeping.

  • Supporting meal preparation based on client preferences and dietary needs.

  • Assisting with laundry and basic household organization.

  • Building trusting, professional relationships with clients and their families.

  • Delivering reliable, punctual care for every assigned shift.

  • Providing companionship and emotional support.

  • Performing other related duties as needed to support client care and well-being.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (required).

  • Experience providing hands-on care in a home or community-based setting.

  • Confidence supporting clients with ADLs and mobility needs.

  • Experience with seniors or individuals with memory-related conditions (a plus).

  • Flexibility to support short-term, long-term, and last-minute care needs.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans and family preferences.

  • Dependability, punctuality, and a strong sense of accountability.

  • A compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care.

  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive environment at all times.
