Position Overview:

We are seeking an RN Unit Manager to join our team at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at [Facility Name]. Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care (preferred).
At least 1 year of experience in a Unit Manager role (preferred).
Valid RN License required.
Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
