Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and support to residents, including but not limited to, bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and toileting

  • Assist with medication administration, vital signs, and other treatment modalities as directed

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and activities

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Demonstrate a patient-centered approach, prioritizing dignity, respect, and compassion in all interactions

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements:

  • Current CNA certification in the state of New York

  • Prior experience preferred, with a willingness to learn and grow with our organization

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time appropriately
