We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Director of Clinical Services (RN) to provide clinical leadership and oversight for four skilled nursing facilities located in Medina, Madison, Conneaut, and Orwell, Ohio.

This full-time leadership role reports directly to the Vice President of Clinical Services and plays a critical role in driving clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and positive resident outcomes across the region.

Position Summary

The Regional Director of Clinical Services is responsible for leading, mentoring, and supporting facility clinical leadership teams to ensure high-quality care delivery, successful regulatory surveys, and strong clinical outcomes. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a strong background in skilled nursing and regional clinical management.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical oversight and strategic direction to Directors of Nursing and interdisciplinary teams across four facilities
Lead and support facilities through state and federal surveys, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
Drive quality improvement initiatives and promote best clinical practices
Monitor clinical outcomes, quality measures, and performance indicators
Collaborate closely with the VP of Clinical Services and facility leadership to achieve organizational goals
Support recruitment, development, and retention of clinical leadership staff
Ensure policies, procedures, and standards of care are consistently implemented

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio (required)
Previous Regional Director of Nursing (Regional DON) or equivalent regional clinical leadership experience (required)
Extensive experience in skilled nursing / long-term care
Proven success leading teams through successful surveys and improved clinical outcomes
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to travel between assigned facilities
