Right at Home is hiring compassionate, dependable In-Home Caregivers to serve seniors and adults with disabilities in the Lexington, NE community. If you love helping others, building real relationships, and want flexible hours with purpose, this is for you.

What You’ll Do

Provide non-medical support that helps clients live safely and independently:

  • Companionship and conversation

  • Light housekeeping and meal prep

  • Medication reminders

  • Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)

  • Transportation and errands

  • Support with daily routines

Flexible Scheduling

We build schedules around your availability:

  • Days, evenings, overnights, and weekends

  • Part-time and full-time hours

  • Consistent clients and reliable hours
