Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments

  • Perform various tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the nurse manager or charge nurse

  • Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

Requirements:

Work Every Weekend singles or doubles

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • years of experience as a CNA

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
