Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans

  • Perform various tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the nurse manager or charge nurse
