What We Need: Skilled, Professional Caregivers

We are looking for independent, compassionate professionals with proven caregiving experience who can confidently manage:

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
Mobility & Transfer Assistance: Safe use of gait belts, walkers, wheelchairs, and transfer techniques
Medication Reminders & Monitoring: Supporting clients in following their care plans
Chronic Condition Support: Experience with dementia, Parkinson's, stroke recovery, or other conditions is highly valued
Professionalism & Reliability: Showing up on time, following care plans with integrity, and communicating proactively with our office team

Requirements

Experience: Demonstrated skilled caregiving experience (private duty, facility, or home care agency background strongly preferred)
Certifications (Preferred but not required): CNA, PCA, HHA, or similar credentials
Reliable Transportation: Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and active cell phone
Service Area: Ability to serve clients throughout Tucson, Green Valley, and Sahuarita
