Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Resident Care & Support

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

  • Support residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs.

  • Provide comfort, companionship, and respectful interaction throughout the day.

  • Respond promptly and kindly to resident requests and call lights.

Clinical Support & Documentation

  • Take and record vital signs, weights, and other routine measurements.

  • Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse.

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility policies.

Teamwork & Communication

  • Collaborate with nurses and fellow CNAs to ensure coordinated, highquality care.

  • Participate in shift handoffs and communicate effectively with coworkers.

  • Support a positive, respectful, and teamoriented work culture.

Environment & Safety

  • Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and common areas.

  • Follow infection control, safety, and facility protocols.

  • Support survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives.

 

Qualifications

  • Active CNA certification in the state of Arkansas.

  • Previous longterm care or healthcare experience preferred but not required.

  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to excellent resident care.

  • Reliable, teamoriented, and able to work assigned shift.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
