What You’ll Do

As a Right at Home Caregiver, you’ll:

  • Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation, activities, and outings

  • Assist clients with daily living needs — bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene

  • Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and help with errands or appointments

  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to your supervisor or nurse

  • Follow personalized care plans and collaborate with our care team to ensure quality service


Requirements

  • PCA (Personal Care Assistant) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification and experience required

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active car insurance

  • Must pass a background check and meet state eligibility requirements

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and perform physical caregiving tasks as needed

  • Compassionate, dependable, and respectful attitude toward seniors and families

The In Home Services CNA is responsible for providing routine care and assisting participants or clients with activities of daily living, restorative and supportive care. Physical attendance at an InnovAge facility and/or an InnovAge participant home is essential to performing the job duties.
