Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Position Summary:
We are seeking caring and reliable Personal Care Assistants to provide in-home support to our clients. This role includes personal care, light household tasks, and companionship to help clients maintain independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Assist with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
Provide medication reminders
Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
Support safe mobility and ambulation
Assist with range-of-motion exercises
Take and record vital signs (such as temperature)
Maintain a safe and clean living environment
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Provide companionship (conversation, reading, letter writing)
Observe and report changes in client condition
Complete required documentation and follow care plans
Follow privacy and infection control guidelines

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
Ability to read, follow care instructions, and document services
Willingness to complete required training
Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required
