SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate and dependable Companion & Dementia Care Professionals to join our growing team in Chattanooga and surrounding areas. We are looking for Care Professionals who are available on weekends, as well as daytime, evening and overnight shifts.

This position provides one-on-one, non-medical care to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate understands the unique and evolving needs of individuals living with dementia and is confident providing companionship, supervision, and personal support in a safe and respectful manner to clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and social engagement
Support clients living with dementia and memory loss
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Provide medication reminders
Assist with personal care as needed

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation with current auto insurance
Ability to pass a background check
Authorized to work in the United States
Experience with dementia or memory care preferred (but not required — training provided)
