SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking experienced Care Professionals who understand that the care we provide makes a meaningful difference in our clients’ lives.

We are looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers who are confident providing full support to clients with physical limitations, personal care needs, and dementia. The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and committed to delivering safe, respectful, and high-quality care.

Shifts Available: Days, Evenings, Overnights & Weekends

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
Assist with personal care and physical support needs
Support clients living with dementia and memory loss
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation and cooking
- Community engagement and transportation
- Exercise and mobility support
- Social engagement and stimulation
Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
Communicate effectively with families and team members

Qualifications:

Prior caregiving experience required
Experience with dementia care preferred
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation with current auto insurance
Ability to pass a background check
Authorized to work in the United States
