Certification:

BLS (AHA) – Required

Experience:

1–2 years in customer service and/or health-related experience (Med/Surg, ED, ICU preferred)
Minimum 1 year applicable experience

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Post-secondary education in Health/Human Services preferred

Licensure:

Active CNA NY Certification (Required)
