About the Role

Carease Health is seeking a reliable and experienced Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Burlington, WI! As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in our comprehensive preventative care program, utilizing Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) to prioritize proactive measures for enhanced physical health and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Take vital signs, prepare patients for exams, and assist healthcare providers with procedures or treatments

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including vital signs and medical histories

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and families to provide exceptional care and support

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a healthcare setting

  • Skilled in taking vital signs and maintaining accurate records

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required

  • Valid Driver's License required

  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, with no weekend work

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
