Full-Time (Evening Shift: 3P-11P)

*No Weekend Requirements, No On-Call Requirements! *

Evenings RN Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:

·  Supervise and mentor nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during the evening shift across assigned units/floors (7 floors)

·  Conduct facility rounds to monitor resident/patient status, staff performance, and overall unit conditions

·   Oversee admissions, discharges, transfers, and clinical documentation accuracy

·   Partner with care teams to ensure excellent outcomes

·    Oversee daily clinical operations

·    Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant environment for residents/patients and staff

·     Address staffing issues, assign duties, and ensure appropriate coverage during shift

Evenings RN Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:

·    MUST have an Active NJ RN license + leadership experience

·    3-5 Years of Experience as an RN Supervisor working 2nd shift.
·    Skilled in a LARGE long-term care/ acute care facility

·    MUST have PCC experience

·    MUST have experience supporting and guiding staff with clinical decision-making and problem resolution

·    Experience managing high-acuity patients and multi-unit environments preferred

·    Ability to lead and support staff in a fast-paced environment

·    Experience with staffing and shift coverage
