Job Title: Clinical Supervisor (LPN)

Job Type: Part-Time. Two 4 -5 hour sessions a week.

Position Summary
The Clinical Supervisor (LPN) is responsible for educating Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on required clinical skills, conducting group training sessions, and assessing competency to ensure compliance with state regulations and facility standards. This role supports staff development by providing hands-on instruction, guidance, and formal skills evaluations before signing off on competencies.

Clinical Supervisor (LPN) Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct supervision and leadership to NAs and clinical staff.

Clinical Supervisor (LPN) Qualifications:

  • Current RN or LPN license (as applicable to state requirements)

  • Current clinical supervisor license

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinical best practices

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

  • Compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
