We are currently hiring a dependable and compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Southeast Gilbert and Queen Creek. As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on personal care, meaningful companionship, and daily living support to seniors and adults in their homes. This Caregiver role is essential in helping clients remain safe and comfortable where they live.

What You’ll Do as a Caregiver:

  • Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

  • Provide safe mobility support and transfers

  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

  • Offer companionship and emotional support

  • Follow individualized care plans

  • Communicate changes in client condition to the office promptly

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of professional Caregiver experience preferred

  • Ability to safely assist with transfers and mobility

  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional Caregiver mindset

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  • Ability to pass background screening

Scheduling & Availability:

  • Flexible scheduling available

  • Weekday and weekend availability preferred

  • Shifts may include daytime, evenings, or overnights depending on client needs

  • Must be reliable and punctual for assigned shifts

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Care Plan Implementation: Follow personalized care plans to ensure clients receive the appropriate support and assistance. Client Support: Provide companionship, meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation, and personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding). Communication and Advocacy: Report any changes in client condition to the Care Manager and advocate for client needs. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and infection control practices; notify the office if additional supplies are needed. Timekeeping and Documentation: Accurately log hours, tasks, and client status using ClearCare Telephony system. Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and conduct, adhering to company policies and dress code.
