Job Summary:

As a dedicated member of our care team, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide exceptional care and support to our residents while working on a part-time schedule every other Saturday. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering compassionate care, a strong clinical foundation, and a commitment to enhancing the overall quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, as needed
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including eating, drinking, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse or other designated healthcare team members
Maintain accurate and concise records of resident care and treatments
Participate in resident care planning and implementation
Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure seamless and effective care delivery
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents and staff

Requirements:

1 year minimum previous experience as a CNA
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Florida
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, transfer, and position residents with care and attention
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
