We're looking for a compassionate and experienced Unit Supervisor (RN) to oversee the daily operations of our senior living community. As a key member of our care team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and service to our residents. Unit Supervisor (RN) Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nursing staff, including assigning tasks and providing guidance and support as needed

  • Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

  • Monitor and report on resident progress, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for changes to care plans

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Unit Supervisor (RN) Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing

  • Experience as a nursing supervisor or related field preferred

  • Current and good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
