Mountain Park, a dedicated senior living community in Clackamas, OR, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Swing Shift Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them live each day with dignity and joy. Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
Assist residents with meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding as needed
Support residents with ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion activities
Monitor residents' comfort levels and promptly address needs and concerns
Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output accurately
Report any changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive status to the Caregiver Coordinator or Executive Director
Document all care, observations, and resident interactions in compliance with Mosaic policies and regulatory requirements
Engage with residents in activities and provide emotional support

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior caregiving experience preferred; healthcare or long-term care experience strongly valued
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Must demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support seniors
Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, and related regulations preferred
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
