Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team at the Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center in Lake Worth, Florida. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care to our residents. Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Perform vital signs, monitor residents' conditions, and report changes to nursing staff
Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration, as needed
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including their personal spaces and common areas
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Document resident information and progress accurately and thoroughly

Requirements

Current CNA certification in the state of Florida
High school diploma or equivalent required
1 year of experience is required
