Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team at the Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center in Lake Worth, Florida. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care to our residents. Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Perform vital signs, monitor residents' conditions, and report changes to nursing staff

  • Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration, as needed

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including their personal spaces and common areas

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Document resident information and progress accurately and thoroughly

Work Schedule

  • 7a-3p Per Diem

Requirements

  • Current CNA certification in the state of Florida

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1 year of experience is required
