Caregiver In Training Become a Home Health Aide For Free

SYNERGY HomeCare of Greater Orlando is looking to invest in the future of our industry by offering our NFP Training Program. No experience is required to apply. We are going to provide you with the required training to make you a Home Health Aide in Florida and will pay for your Level II Background Check, CPR Course and all required training to make you field ready.

Your training is 100% paid for by the company with no repayment required. You will be required to sign an employment agreement with the company for 1 year to join this program. If you leave prior to 1 year of employment, you will be required to reimburse the company for your training.

Job Specifics:

Starting Wage: $15.00/hour
Full-time and Part-time schedules available, however you will need to commit a minimum of 25 hours per week to us to join this program
Work Location: Orange, Osceola and Seminole Counties
Hands On Mentorship - You will have hands on training in the office and home by our experience team
After 1 year of full time work, you will become benefits eligible

E-Verify check will be completed
Career Path - Once you are a HHA, we will also offer you the ability for a company paid CNA course, if you choose to continue your education and development as a caregiver
You will receive ongoing, Annual Training

Tasks You Will Be Responsible For:

Meal Preparation
Light Housekeeping
Personal Care Assistance
Mobility Assistance
Medication Reminders
Etc.

You will be placed in a supportive role while being mentored and trained, then gradually move into other areas of the field as you gain experience.
