Location: Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs, MO

Shift: Full-Time Evenings (+ Rotating weekends)

Pay Rate: Starting $19/hr and up

Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs, a leading long-term care facility, is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team. As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you will play a vital role in administering prescribed medications and treatments, observing resident responses, and documenting medication administration. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by a licensed nurse

  • Accurately document medication administration and resident responses

  • Observe residents for side effects and report any adverse reactions to the nursing team

  • Assist with daily living activities as needed, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility support

  • Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations

  • Promote a safe and clean environment for residents and staff

Qualifications:

  • Valid Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in Missouri

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
