SYNERGY HomeCare is actively hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Caregivers, and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to serve as SYNERGY Caregivers in the greater Charlotte area. As part of our team, you will provide compassionate, non-medical, in-home care that allows clients to live safely and comfortably where they feel happiest—at home.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and social engagement
Assist with personal care as needed
Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Maintain reliability through punctuality and consistent shift coverage
Build and maintain professional communication with clients, families, and team members

Caregiver Requirements and Qualifications:

Active CNA certification listed on the NC Registry
Current CPR certification
Current negative TB test
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
