We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Meadow Falls of Conneaut, a premier senior living community in Conneaut, OH. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity while enhancing their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and housekeeping
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care and progress
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless delivery of care
• Promote a positive and respectful environment, fostering resident engagement and socialization
• Participate in training and education programs to stay updated on best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience (training provided)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Compassionate and patient attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with manual assistance and equipment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Shift: ALL SHIFTS
