Pay: $85,000–$90,000 (FT) or $40–$48/hr (PT, 20+ hours) — based on experience & shift

What You'll Be Doing as our Home Care RN:

  • Create care plans that actually change lives
  • Provide direct care: meds, vitals, chronic condition monitoring
  • Supervise Home Health Aides with confidence and kindness
  • Educate families & clients in a way that empowers them
  • Keep documentation clean, compliant, and up to date

Who You Are as our Home Care RN:

  • RN licensed in New Jersey (required)
  • 3+ year of clinical experience (home care is a plus!)
  • CPR certified
  • Reliable car + valid driver's license
  • Organized, kind, and passionate about senior care
  • BSN preferred but not required—we care more about your heart and hustle!
  • 3+ year RN or 2+ year BSN experience
