On-Call Caregiver (Last-Minute Shifts) – $23–$25/hr + Bonuses

Responsibilities:

As an On-Call Caregiver, you will provide essential, non-medical care on short notice, including:

Companionship and social engagement
Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Medication reminders
Assistance with daily routines and safety
Building strong relationships with clients and families
Stepping in to cover urgent, last-minute care needs

$23-$25/hour for ALL on-call / last-minute shifts
$20 bonus for every on-call case you complete (paid monthly)

On-Call Role Expectations:

This role is part of our On-Call Priority Team, supporting urgent client needs
When marked as available/on-call, caregivers are expected to respond quickly and accept last-minute shifts
You are only paid for the hours you work and the shifts you choose to accept — no obligation outside your availability
Reliability and responsiveness are key to success in this role
