LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team

  • Monitor patient conditions and report any changes or concerns to the nurse manager or physician

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care, including medication administration and treatment plans

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective care coordination

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania

  • Prior experience as an LPN preferred (entry-level positions welcome)
