You will work closely with our healthcare team to deliver personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Provide basic care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the healthcare team
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, and colleagues
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services
