What You’ll Do:

  • Help clients remain safely in their homes by monitoring and documenting their condition

  • Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)

  • Perform light housekeeping duties

  • Provide medication reminders

  • Prepare meals

  • Offer transportation to appointments, errands, and outings

  • Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment
