LPN Job Summary:

As an LPN at Davenport Nursing and Rehab Center, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. Your strong communication skills will also enable you to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.

LPN Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in staff development and training to maintain current knowledge and skills

LPN Shift Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts available: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am
• Ability to see your schedule, available shifts for pick-up, and pay stubs (and more!) all in one place with Empeon

LPN Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse LPN with a valid Florida LPN license
• Be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status
• Be able to lift and move patients, as well as push and pull heavy equipment
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status.
