About the Role

We are actively hiring compassionate and experienced caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care for seniors. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference while building a stable and flexible career.

Caregivers play a vital role by helping clients remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home through daily support and companionship.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Support mobility and safe transfers

  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed

  • Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)

  • Provide medication reminders (non-medical)

  • Assist with errands and transportation

  • Monitor and report changes in client condition

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year caregiving experience preferred (personal or professional)

  • Experience with ADLs and mobility assistance

  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable

  • Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license

  • Strong communication skills

  • Able to meet California Home Care Aide (HCA) requirements

Bonus Qualifications (Not Required but a PLUS)

  • Experience with dementia, hospice, or stroke recovery care

  • Bilingual (Spanish, Vietnamese, Mandarin, etc.)
