Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Job Summary

As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) at Chestnut Hill Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Providing basic care and support to residents, including assistance with mobility and transfers

  • Monitoring and reporting resident changes, concerns, and needs to nursing staff

  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents

  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Requirements

  • Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania

  • Ability to lift, stand, and pivot as needed

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
