Job Summary:

HomeWell Care Services Crystal Lake is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will work one-on-one with clients, providing non-medical services that allow you to form meaningful relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes. Responsibilities:

Provide companionship, light cooking, and cleaning to support clients' daily needs
Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting, and provide basic hygiene practices
Offer transportation for appointments and errands, and provide medication reminders
Observe, report, and document client status and care provided
Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to basic infection prevention and control practices

Qualifications:

CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons
Available reliable transportation, with valid driver's license and automobile insurance (if transporting clients)
Excellent communication skills, with ability to work independently and with maturity
Ability to pass a criminal background check and provide verifiable professional and personal references
Have Work authorization
